Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The shirt must be unworn and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your full refund using the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but due to limited stock, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at lazimpatlinen@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
